My experience at Johnsons Mazda Solihull could have been better because the quality of the parts provided are of very poor standard,
We have had 3 window motors fitted in the last 6 years on our Mazda MX5 sports car, one on the drivers side and two on the passenger side the car has only recorded 22,000 miles the latest excuse was that water had got in the system, the car only does 3,000 miles a year therefore its obvious to assume the window motors are rarely used due to the distance covered, if the car was used on average milage the window motors would have needed to be replaced within the 3 year guarantee period.

Johnsons Mazda Solihull staff were good because very helpfull and polite ,just one thing , the car was booked in for an oil and filter change , i had a phone call to say they had ordrered the wrong filter, so the lady said the car would be ready in another 15mins , but we got a call an hour later to say it was now ready for collection

The experience at Johnsons Mazda Solihull was good because our always know my requirements and the receptionist was very helpful. Full satisfaction. Thank you.
