Johnsons Mazda Solihull

I would not recommend Johnsons Mazda Solihull because this was my second booking for a coolant change as during the previous booking they couldn’t reset the service indicator, so service not completed and couldn’t change the coolant as it hadn’t been delivered. Rebooked in for a waiting appointment for the coolant change. Sat there an hour before the mechanic came out and explained they need the car for longer as the bumper needed removing.
Rebooked for a third time, this time they’ll collect and have it all day.
No compensation offered for the two wasted visits.

Johnsons Mazda Solihull were helpful because they carried out the MOT and service effectively and efficiently.

Johnsons Mazda Solihull were great because from buying the car and year ago always had great service from them, had a problem few months after purchase they sorted it all out, staff always pleasant nothing too much trouble would always use them in the future

The staff at Johnsons Mazda Solihull were good because James was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.
